Lives on the Road is a 5.800 kilometre journey by motorbike, from Delhi to Nepal, Sikkim to the gates of the Kingdom of Bhutan, and back.

My immense interest and affection for these cultures, so deeply rooted in our ancestors, gave me the desire to portray the cultural and, above all, human wealth of such varied people, both unknown and close. Farmers, monks, families and animals all share, in their daily environment, the same desire: to be happy.

I am infinitely grateful to all those who helped me on this journey.
